I had a toilet leak and these guys were here within the hour! They got all work completed and dealt with my insurance company so I had absolutely no stress or headache dealing with paperwork or photos. Would highly recommend these guys in your time of need!
My basement bathroom flooded and spilled over to all the rooms. I called Quality Restoration NW and Peter and Serhii were on site in less than an hour. They vacuumed all the water out and set up some big dehumidifiers and fans and my place was drying within 2 hours. They are true professionals and saved me from much worse damage. Highly recommend!
Great company to work with for water damage restoration. Our fridge water line leaked January first and they made the process as painless as they could. They told us what to expect from the process and the insurance company. They handled everything, leaving very little for us to worry about during a very stressful time. Very happy with the finished kitchen. I have friends with horror stories of their own water damage projects, and am grateful that Quality Restoration didn't make this difficult time worse.
I got to meet Peter and Serhii, two incredibly professional and diligent guys who really made sure to look out for me when I came to them in shock from water damage that seemed to appear overnight in my new construction. They came the next day and took care of everything by removing the damage and dehumidifying. They went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, re-caulking the exterior windows to make sure I would be set, all while making sure they were forthright with me and that I knew how to navigate insurance and the original builders. So communicative and kind throughout. They even came at 7pm after a busy work day to remove the fans that they knew had been noisy for me. I would highly recommend working with Quality Restoration NW! Peter and Serhii made a stressful situation something that actually felt manageable. Thank you so much for your hard work!
